| 摘 要： | 信息资源的有效开发和充分利用已经成为现代社会经济发展的重要推动力和取得经济成就的关键因素,因此许多国家都把加强政府信息资源管理作为发展经济和推动社会进步的重大举措。本文从信息资源管理的必要性和可行性入手,对为何进行信息资源管理和如何进行信息资源管理的问题进行了探讨,指出我国政府的信息资源管理尚处于初级阶段,在信息的采集、处理、利用、交换等环节都不同程度的存在问题。针对政府信息资源管理中存在的问题,笔者提出了五条具体的措施。

| Abstract: | Nowadays,efficiently exploiting and fully utilizing information resource become the important driving force of social economic development and the key ingredient of economic achievement.Therefore,a lot of countries treat government information resource management as weighty approach of economic development and social advancement.This paper starts with the necessity and feasibility of the information resource management,making a study of why and how to manage the information resource.Then,it points out that information resource management in our government is still at its primary stage and exists issues in different taches.At the end of the paper,it gives five suggestions to strengthen government information resource management. |
