| 摘 要： | 论文结合网络信息资源的特点及FRBR的特性,探讨FRBR理念应用于网络信息资源组织涉及的基本理论、规范控制、方法技术及应用评价,构建基于FRBR的网络信息资源组织体系,并指出:基于FRBR模型构建的网络信息资源组织体系具有系统性、关联性和发展性等特征,具有宏观、中观和微观三个层次上的意义和功能.

| Abstract: | Combined with the characteristics of network information resources and FRBR,the basic theories,regulation and control, method and technology,evaluation based on FRBR are discussed by this paper.It also builds the network information resources organization system based on FRBR and points out that the system has the characteristics of system,relevance and development,and has the meanings and functions in three levels of macro view,medium view and micro view. |
