| 摘 要： | 随着我国经济体制改革的不断深化和体育产业化的不断扩大,我国的体育竞赛活动由原来行政指令性的计划举办正在试探向市场运作的方向转换。显然,体育竞赛若要步入市场,就必须分析和研究市场环境,而法制环境则是体育竞赛活动进行市场运作的基本保障。本文通过对我国体育竞赛活动的法制环境的构成进行分析,有利于我们对体育竞赛活动市场化的充分认识,从而能够准确把握我国体育竞赛活动市场运作的一般规律。
