| 摘 要： | 采用问卷调查、谈访调研、数理统计等方法，对上海高校体育科研现状进行了分析研究，针对存在的问题，从强化科研意识、体育科研管理体系、学科结构、战略布局、科研队伍、网络系统、定向服务、成果管理、推广运用等方面提出了发展对策，构建了上海高校体育科研新世纪奋斗目标，为全面推动上海高校体育科技发展提供参考思路。
