| 摘 要： | 我国目前师资建设中存在体师教育素质偏低 ,体育教师城乡分布不均衡 ,体育教师工作中面临诸多困难等各方面亟待解决的问题。这些问题的解决应从端正对学校体育的思想认识 ,转变观念入手 ,在加强体育队伍的师资管理、解决教师实际困难的同时 ,努力办好学校体育教育专业 ,促进整个教师队伍质量不断提高。

| Abstract: | High school gym teachers are one of the main forces of school sport in China. There are some shortcomings in the system of gym teachers. Some teachers' quality is not high; the distribution of the gym teachers is not balance between cities and villages; many problems in teaching career are to be resolved, and so on. The resolution of these problems largely depend on correctly understanding of school sport; enforcing the administration of gym teachers, and help teachers resolve the difficulties in their career. |
