| 摘 要： | 采用实验法，对少年篮球运动员采用弹跳力训练与协调性训练相结合的实验训练，研究表明，两种训练手段相结合，在有效提高弹跳力的基础上，跳投离地高度也出现明显提高。

| Abstract: | The experiment exercise, which focuses on the combination of springing exer- cise and coordinating exercise, has been conducted. It shows that the combination of two different exercise methods can lead to the improvement of springing ability as well as the springing height in jump shooting. |
