| 摘 要： | 科学与运动训练紧密结合组织形式的主要部分是科研人员与教练员互相结合、交流和沟通的方式．在我国，曾出现过：（１）科学训练小组；（２）多学科科技人员攻关组；（３）科技先导型运动队等组织形式。世界各体育强国也在摸索将科学与运动训练相结合的合理组织形式。目前的发展趋势是提高科技子系统和运动训练子系统的集成程度，构建科学研究与运动训练一体化的组织。

| Abstract: | The main part of a organized system in which science integrated with sport training was style of association and commu- nication between researchers and coaches. ln our country there had been the following organized systems: (1) sport training group applying science;(2)key task force consisted of researchers in many disciplines;(3)sports team guided by science and technology. The powerful nations of sport also were seeking the rational organized system integrating closely scientific research with sport training. Now trend is enhancing integration of science research and sport training into a organic whole system, in which researchers and coaches could understand and support application and transformation of science to sport training. |
