| 摘 要： | 运用生物力学的有关原理分别计算出短跑大小腿折叠前摆时的不同角度变化和转动半径、转动惯性、重力矩、角加速度的变化，说明短跑中大小腿的充分折叠可以提高短跑速度。

| Abstract: | By using the related theory of biomechanics, this article calculates the changes of legs angles, turning radius, turning inertia, moment of gravity and the changes of acceleration of angles when folding and swaying forward during dash; it also explains that fully folding of legs during dash can improve the running speed. |
