| Abstract: | The article has discussed the significance of quality - oriented education in accordance with the actual situation in the Physical Education Colleges. The author also has put forward some basic methods for quality - oriented education such as renewing ideas, establishing the education thought with the main content of quality - oriented education, strengthening the infiltration between the different subjects and improving the students' professional skills. |
