| 摘 要： | 优化体育教学过程，提高体育教学效率是体育教学追求的重要目标，也是提高体育教学质量的根本途径。随着计算机技术的飞速发展，把计算机引入教学过程已成为现实。在体育教学过程中运用多媒体技术，对教师、学生及教学内容均产生了积极的影响。
