| 摘 要： | 信息技术的飞速发展使人类迈进了信息社会。信息技术深刻影响到教育活动的各个方面，使教师的地位和作用发生了巨大的变化，同时也不可避免的影响到师生关系。学生学习方式的变化，要求教师成为学生学习的指导者；学生思维方式的变化，要求教师发展自己的创造性教学能力；学生生活方式的变化，要求教师引导学生积极参与人际交往；学生价值取向多元化的趋势，要求建立民主、平等、合作的新型师生关系。

| Abstract: | The fast development of information technology brings us into an information age. It has great effort on each aspect of education ,including the relationship between teachers and students. The role teachers play has made great changes, and this role should be relocated: The changing ways of students' learning require teachers to be instructors; the divergence of students' thinking needs teachers' creativity; the students' changing life style demands teachers' assistance; and the tendency of students' varied value in their personal communication calls for a democratic, equal , cooperative relation between teachers and students . |
