| 摘 要： | 师德师风建设已成为高职院校可持续发展的先决条件.对温州职业技术学院专职教师师德师风建设进行随机调查,结果表明,大部分专职教师敬业育人且具有服务意识,但也存在部分专职教师缺乏职业认同感,对外聘教师师德师风建设缺乏有效管理,师德师风建设未能充分挖掘校本资源等问题.为此,应不断改善教师的工作、生活环境,构建合理的高职教师业绩评价体系,完善外聘教师师德师风管理体制,充分挖掘本校师德楷模资源.

| Abstract: | The construction of teachers＇ ethics has become a prerequisite for the sustainable development of vocational colleges. A random survey was made into the construction of teachers＇ ethics to full-time teachers of Wenzhou Vocational ＆ Technical College. Results show that most full-time teachers work hard and have the aware- ness of serving students. However, there are some problems： the lack of career identity and ineffective management system to part-time teachers, and the inadequate construction of teachers＇ ethics for its own school＇s resources. Therefore, measures should be taken to improve teachers＇ working and living environment, set appropriate evaluation system of teachers＇ performance, promote the management system of part-time teachers and play the full role of ethics model teachers of its own school. |
