| 摘 要： | 21世纪是一个充满希望的、全面竞争的世纪，所有竞争的胜负最终都要取决于人才竞争的胜负．作为大中专院校体育教师，应通过自身努力，灵活运用一定的教育教学手段和方法，充分调动学生参与体育活动的积极性和主动性，以达到互相促进、教学相长的目的，最终搞好教学工作，为培养大量全面发展的合格人才发挥重要作用．

| Abstract: | In the 21st century that is filled with hopes and competetions, all victory or defeat of competetions depends ultimately on the competetion of talents. As gym teachers of senior college and secondary school, it is an important role that gym teachers play in using some flexible and effective teaching method to bring enthusiam of student participating in sports activities into full play, promote mutually, benefit teachers as well as students, do well in teaching and cultivate a large number of qualified personnel of all round development. |
