黄柏提取工艺研究

摘    要:建立黄柏的最佳提取工艺。方法:以盐酸小檗碱的含量、总碱的含量为综合评价指标,选择加水量、煎煮时间、煎煮次数为考察因素,每个因素设计3个水平,应用L9(3^4)正交实验设计筛选黄柏的最佳提取工艺条件。结果:黄柏的最佳提取工艺条件为A283C1,即加10倍水,煎煮3次,每次3小时。结论:本法操作简便,分析速度快、准确、重现性好,稳定性好,为药物的含量测定提供了可靠的分析方法。

Abstract:In order to establish the best method for the extraction process of Phellodendron, we use the content of berberine hydrochloride and alkaloids as comprehensive evaluation index, choose the volume of water, the times and frequency of decoction for the observation factors, each factor designs 3 levels. Lg(34)orthogonal is applied to select the best extraction process conditions. The best extract conditions of Phellodcndron is A2B3C1, that is 10 times the water, decoction 3 times and 3 hours each time. This method is simple, rapid, accurate, reproducible and stable. It provides a reliable method of analysis for the determination of the drug.
