| 摘 要： | 在全国高等院校体制改革的大背景下,广西壮族自治区的几所师范高等专科学校陆续完成了升本工作,井有四所学校转型为综合性学院.此类学校能否健康、持续的发展是大家关注的焦点.本文旨在针对广西高等师范专科学校升本转型的发展现状,提出了广西师专升本转型后的发展战略选择以及发展战略措施,以期对类似新升本学校发展有所助益.
