| 摘 要： | 生长激素结合蛋白(GHBP) 作为血液中生长激素(GH) 的运输蛋白,代表着生长激素受体(GHR) 的膜外部分,反应了组织GHR 的浓度,对GH 生物学作用的发挥起着重要的作用。由于运动对GH 的调节作用,深入地研究GHBP对运动的应答,不仅对了解运动所引起的人体一系列机能、形态的改变有很大帮助,而且对进一步研究GH 轴的作用机制也是有益的。

| Abstract: | An outside part of GHR membrance,growth hormone-binding protein(GHBP) acts as a transporter of blood growth homone(GP),reflects the density of GHR, and plays an important role in GH biology.Exercise exerts regulating effect on GH;therefore, a thorough investigation of GHBP'S response to exercise contributes not only to understanding a series of changes of body functions and shape,but also to a further study on the mechanism of GH axis activity. |
