摘    要:在体操跳马、双杠和单杠教学中进行了“掌握学习”教法实验,结果表明:实验组成绩优于对照组且有显著性差异;实验组成绩趋于高分一端,从而对“学生成绩呈正态分布”的传统观点提出了反驳;遵循“掌握学习”中的教学原则,能使绝大多数学生达到掌握水平,有利于形成新的学生观和教学观。

Abstract:The teaching approach of "mastery learning" was used as experiment in gymnastics teaching of long horse, parallel bars, and horizontal bar. The results showed that the performance of the experiment group students were almost all in top scores, which was remarkably better than that of the control group. This has indicated a new idea against the traditional view "normal - state distribution in students' performance". Following the teaching principles of "mastery learning", most students can master what they are learning, which will contribute to evolving a new concept in both teaching and learning.
