| 摘 要： | 体育立法是健全体育法治的首要环节,享有体育立法权是进行体育立法活动的前提。随着市场经济的进一步完善,体育立法体制及立法过程中仍存在体育立法权限不清、体育立法权内容不明确、体育立法虽多但效益不足等问题。提出建立科学的立法权限体制、民主公开的立法制度、有效的立法监督机制等完善立法权的措施。

| Abstract: | The sports lawmaking is the initial link of the sound athletics rule of law, possessing the legislative power is a premise to proceed the sports lawmaking activity. Along with market economy of further perfect,lawmaking system and lawmaking process inside still exists the sports lawmaking legal power is not pure, the contents of the athletics legislative power is not clear and definite,lawmaking although many,sports lawmaking performance shortage etc.Some measures are put forward to improve the sports lawmaking. |
