| 摘 要： | 在经历了近30年的经济高速发展和引进外资后,中国现在也开始了大规模的对外直接投资,这一经历与日本20世纪80年代的情况极其相似。通过对中日两国对外直接投资相似性、本质区别的比较分析,提出了有中国特色的对外直接投资新思路。

| Abstract: | After the economy of going through nearly 30 years develops and importing foreign capital at a high speed,China begins the extensive foreign direct investment now,it is extremely similar that this one goes through the situation with the eighties.After the comparative analysis on the similarity and the essential differences of foreign direct investment between China and Japan,this article proposes new ideas of the road of foreign direct inwestment with Chinese characteristics. |
