| 摘 要： | 在社会活动中,教育是一个讲求高尚道德的领域,教育道德的优劣关键在于教师师德师风如何。作为高校教师重要生力军的广大青年教师,尤其是刚刚大学毕业走上高校教师工作岗位的青年教师,他们的师德师风形成和培养是高校教师队伍建设的一项重要工作。从高校青年教师师德师风的现状、存在问题及原因、形成和培养途径等方面展开论述和分析,能为高校青年教师师德师风建设提供一定的借鉴和参考。

| Abstract: | In social activities,education is an area which requires high moral.The quality good or bad of education moral is the key to the moral of teachers.The young teachers as the force of the university and college,especially the young teachers who just graduated form the university,the cultivation and form of the teachers' moral is an important task in the construction of teachers'.This text discusses and analyzes the present conditions、existing problems and their reasons,form and path of cultivations,and so on,which can be used for the construction of moral quality of young teachers in university and college. |
