| 摘 要： | 农村学前教育发展的关键问题是师资。加强对农村幼儿园教师的继续教育,提高农村幼儿园教师的专业水平已成当务之急。当前,农村幼儿园教师继续教育面临师资队伍流动性大、新鲜血液不足、培训经费短缺等问题。建立健全农村幼儿园教师保障机制,合理规划农村幼儿园教师继续教育等是农村幼儿园教师继续教育走出困境的有效方法。
