关于学前教育办学多元化的思考

摘    要:我国的学前教育已经初步形成多元化的办学体制,但存在对学前教育性质定位不准,公办园萎缩;对多元化办学的认识、管理不到位,民办园发展混乱;经费筹措制度不完善,公办园、民办园都面临发展困境等问题。为促进学前教育多元化办学的健康发展,政府要确保公办园的主体地位,加强对民办园的管理与扶持,保证对学前教育的财政投入。
