| 摘 要： | 两晋时期，疫病流行的范围广、频率高，其发生与水旱等自然灾害、战乱、环境、医疗水平等因素有关，对当时的政治、经济、军事诸方面都产生了一定的影响。针对疫情，当时社会各阶层展开了自救工作，取得了一定成效，但作用极其有限。两晋时期疫病发生与流行，也暴露出当时社会健康保障制度的严重缺陷。

| Abstract: | During the Western and Eastern Jin Dynasties epidemics spread widely and occurred frequently.Their occurrence had something to do with natural disasters,wars, environment and medical level.The epidemics affected politics, economy and military affairs.When the epidemics occurred various strata of the society in that period made efforts to make up for the loss, which obtained limited effect.The occurrence and spread of the epidemics in the Jin Dynasties revealed the serious defects of the Social Health Care System of the society. |
