| 摘 要： | 社会在进步,人类文明程度在提高。然而,一个不容回避的事实是聋人犯罪率呈增高的趋势,据一份权威报纸报道,聋哑人犯罪是所有残疾人中比例最高的。这是和谐社会背景下的不和谐。我校在多年的办学历程中,逐渐摸索出了几点有效预防聋人犯罪的做法:一、科学完善的德育机制;二、因地制宜的职业教育培训机制;三、扎实有效的就业保障机制;四、形式多样的继续教育机制;五、协调一致的家校联系机制。从我校现已走上社会的聋毕业生发展状态看,这些做法较好地防止了聋人犯罪现象的发生。

| Abstract: | In modern society, The portion of crimes committed by the deaf is bigger than other disabled group. Some ways of preventing the deaf from committing crimes have been used in the school for the deaf, such as, bettering the systems of moral education, providing vocational training, finding jobs and supervising them with their families. the better effects have been proved efficient by the graduates from this school. |
