| Abstract: | The transformation of the thinking paradigm of educational decision-making, the scientific criteria for educational decision-making, and the system analysis and coordination of educational decision-making are appreciated and analyzed. The philosophic thinking, practical function and value judgment embodied in the transformation are explored with the hope of helping to improve the decision-making mechanism of educational institutions. |
