| 摘 要： | “校企结合”是构建独立学院特色校园文化的一种有效途径，即独立学院在建设校园文化的过程中学习和借鉴企业文化精神，实现校园文化与企业文化的融合。独立学院校园文化建设中“校企融合”的实现途径主要包括：主动学习研究企业文化、邀请企业精英参与校园文化建设、全方位实施“校企联教”、注重来自企业的反馈信息。
