| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料、问卷调查、数理统计等方法对甘肃省基础教育体育师资的现状进行调查，剖析毕业生就业潜力特征。调查结果显示：初中和小学需要大量体育毕业生，高级中学体育师资接近饱和；少数民族地区学校和其它地市乡镇中小学是未来几年体育教育毕业生就业的主要渠道。
