| 摘 要： | 该文对“不孝有三”赵岐注提出质疑。指出赵岐注既与孟子本人关于孝的观念相抵牾,也和孟子之前的儒家学者关于孝的思想大相径庭。该文认为“不孝有三”是孟子引用的古语,是原始宗法制时代人们的孝的观念。赵岐注没有搞清原始宗法制和地主宗法制的区别,没有搞清这两个不同的时代人们伦理观念的区别,错把秦汉时建立在地主封建制基础之上的伦理观念等同于原始宗法制时代的伦理观念。该文在对赵岐注批判的基础上指出,在原始宗法制时代孝有三个层面：其一,“生,事之以礼”;其二,“死,葬之以礼”;其三,在死后的漫长岁月,子子孙孙“祭之以礼”。并进而得出结论,“不孝有三”应该是：生不敬顺,一不孝也;死不礼葬,二不孝也;无后绝祀,三不孝也。

| Abstract: | ZHAO Qi's explanatory note about "the Three Filial Pieties" was contradictory to the filial concepts of Mecius and the Confucianist schoolars before Mecius.ZHAO didn't distinguish the original patriarchal system from feudal.The filial piety in original patriarchal system contained three levels:treating his father and mother courtesily when they live,buring them with etiquette whe they die,and hold a memorial ceremory with custom laterly on.So "the Three Filial Pieties" should be:not treating courtesily when they live,not buring with etiquette when they die,and having no son. |
