| 摘 要： | 21世纪是人类全面进入信息社会的世纪，信息作为重要的战略资源已经渗透到人类活动的各个方面。信息能力概念是20世纪70年代随着信息技术的崛起而出现的，它发展至今，已经被公认为21世纪最关键的能力之一。信息能力的建设既是时代的迫切需要，也是未来国家教育和智力资源开发的大课题。本文首先介绍北欧信息能力建设发展的背景，然后对瑞典等4个北欧国家的信息能力建设发展情况、具体实践与最新进展作了介绍，并提出相关的结论与建议，以期对我国的信息能力建设提供参考与借鉴。

| Abstract: | In 21st century, we are entering into information society, and information has become an important resource of social and economic development. Information competency is recognized as the critical capacity for the twenty-first century. The information competency building is the request of new era, and also the great research problem of education and intelligent resource. The idea of information competence, emerging with the advent of information technologies in the early 1970s, has grown, taken shape and strengthened to become recognized as the critical literacy for the twenty-first century. This paper will review the background and development associated with information competence education in Nordic countries, and several information competence building experiments and examples of good practice should be introduced and highlighted in Nordic countries, which might act as reference for our information competence building. |
