齿轮智能故障诊断系统的设计

摘    要:根据智能故障诊断技术的特点,利用专家系统、模糊理论、小波分析和神经网络各种诊断方法,设计了组合式智能故障诊断系统,该系统在煤矿风机的故障诊断中得到了应用,并取得了良好的效果。

Abstract:Based on the features of gear fault diagnosis technology and by using diagnostic methods like expert system, fuzzy reasoning, wavelet analysis and neural network, the combined framework system of gear faul diagnosis has been designed. This system has been used in the gearbox fault diagnosis of the mine fan and has achieved excellent effects.
