| 我国独立学院制度:问题与转型 |

| 摘 要： | 作为一种制度安排,独立学院在我国高等教育系统中已经客观存在。独立学院是"制度性寻租"的结果,独立学院制度存在着明显的"营利的伪装",是公立大学制度与私立大学制度折衷、妥协与调和的产物,并没有真正实现制度创新,而是一种制度失范。未来时期,独立学院要想继续在我国高等教育系统中存在并获得发展,必须进行制度转型,即从非营利性转向营利性,成为中国式的股份制私立营利性大学。

| Abstract: | As an institutional arrangement, independent college has already existed in Chinese higher educational system. Independent college resulted from "institutional rent-seeking". There is obvious "for-profit in disguise" in independent college institution, which is the outcome of compromise and conciliation of public university insitution with that of private university, and it has not really realized the institutional innovation. It is a kind of non-standard institutional operations. In the future, independent college must have institutional transition from non-profit to for-profit and become Chinese style joint-stock private profit-making university so as to continuously exist and develop in our higher educational system. |
