| 摘 要： | 通过文献研究及对第七届大运会排球比赛的调研，以全国10所重点办高水平排球队的高校为研究对象。调查、分析了目前我国高校高水平排球队的现状，并提出了新的管理和发展模式。研究表明，影响高校办好高水平排球队的因素有：思想观念；资金短缺；生源；学习与训练的矛盾；教练员水平；管理体制；科研水平等几方面。导致高校高水平排球运动经过十余年的发展仍没有新的突破。因此，高校高水平运动队必须重视后备力量的培养，规范招生制度，改革竞赛体制，加强教练员的岗位培训工作，提高比赛质量。

| Abstract: | Through documentary research and the investigation of the 7th Chinese University Sports Meeting, the paper studies and analyzes the current situation of the high schools' high - level volleyball teams and proposes new managing and developing modes. The study shows the factors that cause the stagnation of the high - level volleyball teams of high schools over the last 10 years, namely, the old point of view, the lack of capital, the source of students and the contradiction between literary study and training, the real level of coaches, the administrative system and the scientific research level, etc. Therefore, the high - level teams of high schools must attach importance to the cultivation of talents in reserve, standardize the enrollment system, reform the competition system, reinforce the on - the - job training of coaches and improve the quality of competition. |
