| 摘 要： | 为了使我国的竞技健美操在今后的比赛中获得更好的成绩，有必要对以往的混双项目的高水平队的竞技能力与我国进行对比分析，采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、对比分析法和数理统计法，通过对近两届世界锦标赛中混双前五名队的成绩的对比分析，探索相应的提高措施和对策，旨在为我国的混双项目能更快、更强的发展，在今后的世界健美操比赛中获得奖牌提供理论支持。

| Abstract: | In order to make a better result in the next competition,it is necessary to make an analysis and comparison between the previous mix aerobics competitive athletic ability and mix aerobics level.Research methods such as documental data,investigation,comparative analysis and mathematical statistics have been adopted in this article.on the basis of the last two years' world championships and trends of six people's aerobics, through the comparison and analysis of the first five people's results in mix aerobics,the paper explores some coutermeasures and tactics. |
