| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料和理论思辩相结合的方法,对我国传统体育文化遗产的构成要素、特殊性和保护价值,以及体育文化的普遍性进行剖析,揭示体育文化发展的基本规律和我国体育文化的发展导向。结果认为,传统体育文化遗产包含物质、制度和精神三个基本要素,其特殊性体现在其所处的发展阶段区别于其他阶段的特殊本质,在建设体育强国的进程中具有推动全民健身、丰富体育竞技和促进体育产业发展的价值;体育文化的普遍性是指各民族的体育文化由于人性一致的原则而按照共同的规律发展,并经历着大致相同的历史形态,这为我国体育文化确立现代化的发展导向提供了逻辑依据;提出了应采取着力推进体育价值观的现代转型,以理性统筹体育文化要素的和谐一致,处理好体育文化的时代性与民族性的关系等宏观策略,推进我国体育文化强国建设。

| Abstract: | Using the methods of combining literature with peculative theory,this paper analyzes the elements,uniqueness and conservation value of Chinese traditional sports heritage and discusses the universality of sports culture,revealing the basic law of sports cultural development,development-orientation of sports culture in China.The results show:The cultural heritage includes three basic elements such as physical,system and spiritual system.Its specificity is reflected in its stage of development being different from special nature of other stages;It has the value of promoting national body-building,riching sports competition and promoting the development of sports industry in the process of building a strong sports country.The universality of sports culture refers to:the nation’s sports culture,because of a consistent principle of human nature,develops according to the common law and experiens the similar history form,which provides a logical basis for China’s sports culture establishing the modern development.It puts forwards some macroeconomic strategy:Make efforts to promote the modern transformation of sports value;Co-ordinate sports and cultural elements into rational harmony;Deal with the relationship between the times of sports culture and the nationalism;so as to promote sports culture power construction in China |
