摘    要:把认知情境引入到知识管理系统内形成连贯的知识系统,能激发个体和群体转移知识意识。认知与心理行为、情境在知识转移过程有着密切的联系并具有某种共同的逻辑形式,它们之间能产生双向互动作用。当前隐性知识转移工作的根本困境在于缺乏认知情境对心理行为的激发而显得迟钝,有效的隐性知识转移方式是因认知情境而权变的。在寻找对隐性知识转移研究的同时促使我们要运用认知的观点对隐性知识转移进行研究。

Abstract:Applying cognitive situation to knowledge management system to form a coherent knowledge systems can stimulate awareness of knowledge transfer of individual and group.Cognition,psychological behavior and situation are closely linked in the knowledge transfer process and have some common logical forms,and there are two-way interactions between them.The fundamental dilemma of tacit knowledge transfer is the lack of excitation of cognitive situation to psychological behavior resulting in its slowness.The effective transfer of tacit knowledge is contingent of the cognitive situation.It is recommended that we should apply cognition theory to the transfer of tacit knowledge.
