| 摘 要： | 为适应开放式数控系统及现代制造技术的发展趋势，开发研制了基于PC机的数控原理实验教学系统。该系统通过PC机并行口输出控制信号，经光电隔离、脉冲分配、及功率放大后驱动X、Y方向步进电机进行数控加工。系统软件由VB6．0可视化编程实现在WINDOWS环境下对数控实验台的控制及人机交互界面功能。

| Abstract: | To adapt to the trend in development of open CNC system and modem manufacture technique, a CNC principle experimental instructional system based on PC is developed. The control signal is sent out through the PC' s parallel port. And then it drives the step- servo motors in X and Y orientations to manage CNC process after it passes through the optoelectronic isolator, pulse distributor and power amplifier. The system software is developed with VB6.0 to realize controlling CNC experiment table and man - machine interactive action under WINDOWS operating system. |
