| 摘 要： | 政协工作科学化,就是政协工作走上科学化轨道的状态与过程。它具有规范性、整体性、相对性的特征。提升政协工作科学化水平,必须以科学理论为指导,着重弄清"两个明确";必须以创新为引领,确立新理念、构建新机制、探索新形式;必须以务实为根本,推动经济发展与民生改善二者协调共进。

| Abstract: | the scientific level of political consuhative work is working on the state and process of scientific way. It has the characteristics of standardization, integrity and relativity. To raise the scientific level of political consultative work ,we should do as follows： firstly, it must be guided by scientific theories to mainly clarify the ＂three definitions＂; secondly, it must take innovation as the guide to establish new ideas, con strucl new mechanisms and explore new forms; thirdly, it must take pragmaticism the fundamcnt to promote coordinated progress of the devel opmem uf economy and the improvement of people＇s livelihood, |
