| 摘 要： | 在网络技术快速发展的新形势下,高校图书馆采编工作面临着新的机遇与挑战。分析在新形势下,高校图书馆采编工作发生的改变及其发展趋势,探讨这些变化的利与弊,针对利与弊提出优化策略,并采取新策略,提高采编工作的效率,适应社会的发展要求。
