| 摘 要： | 医务人员和护理人员法律意识淡薄是近年来医疗纠纷和医疗事故呈上升趋势的主要原因。中职卫校学生特别是护理专业的学生是我国医疗卫生系统护理工作的主体,因此她们的法律意识是否提高将会影响到医疗卫生系统能否减少和避免医疗纠纷和医疗事故的问题,为此,中职卫校学生在校期间要提高自身的法律意识,这不仅是社会发展和医疗卫生系统对学生提出的要求,也是自己提高自身素质和法律素养的要求,更是自身适应社会、融入社会、并在社会中创造贡献的要求。

| Abstract: | Medical personnel and nursing personnel legal consciousness is in recent years medical disputes and medical accident shows ascendant trend,the main reason for secondary school students especially occupational health skills to use nursing professional students are the country＇s medical system have the subject of nursing,and their legal consciousness how will affect medical health system could reduce and avoid medical disputes and medical accidents,and therefore,secondary vocational health school students to improve their during the school the legal consciousness,this is not only a social development and health care system for students of the request,as well as their improves own quality and legal literacy requirements,but also their integration into society adapt to society,in society,and to create contribution requirements. |
