| 摘 要： | 公民美德的提出并不是推翻公民道德从而建立一种新的体系,而是寻求一种新的视角处理公民与公共事务之间的关系,并以公民实践为旨归,将理性及参与作为基本美德。此外,公民美德内在的公共精神也要求公民遵守法律,允许美德自身受到批判,从而发展出更为宽容的美德。

| Abstract: | The advancement of civil virtues is not to replace civil morality but to try a new point of view in handling relationships between citizens and public affairs in present civil practices.Reason and participation are regarded as the basic virtues.In addition,the intrinsic public spirit in civil virtues requires the citizens to abide by laws and allows the virtues to be critiqued for the development of greater tolerance. |
