| 摘 要： | 原始人类在适应自然的过程中,产生了原始的祭祀与图腾崇拜,在这一过程中,人类的肢体活动逐渐演变为审美体验。由于各地区、各民族地理环境、生活方式、社会政治、经济等因素的不同,造就了中西方审美观念的异同。对美的认识不同,也促成了不同的体育文化和活动方式。但是,中西方文化对于身体美的最终认识,都是内在与外在美的统一,都更珍视人的内在与外在的和谐。体育应汲取中国传统文化的营养,从古代奥林匹克运动中获得精神元气,回归体育美的本原。
