| 摘 要： | 大学办学指导思想是对开办和管理一所大学或对举办某种高等教育活动所持的看法、期待或指导原则。它的发展主要体现在办学质量、大学定位、培养模式、办学位靠力量、办学体制、办学方向等观念和思想方面的转变。实现大学办学指导思想的转变，必须进行指导思想的建设和创新。

| Abstract: | The guiding ideas for running a university are a set of attitudes, expectations and guiding principles for running and managing an institution of higher learning, the development of which is manifested mostly in the shift of ideas and attitudes in terms of the quality of education running, positioning of the university, model of training, directions of school running etc. In order to bring about such a shift, the guiding ideas for school running are to be innovated. |
