| 摘 要： | 对曾经成功举办过奥运会的国家和国外一些著名的大型体育场(馆)风险管理的先进模式与实践经验进行比较分析,探讨我国大型体育场(馆)在运营中应关注的各种风险管理问题。结果表明:我国应从自然风险、管理风险、人因风险、设备风险和技术风险等几个方面对场(馆)进行风险管理;个人意外伤害保险、公共责任保险、意外事故保险与财产保险等风险转移和市场化是处理风险的主要策略。揭示了当前我国体育场(馆)风险管理面临缺乏对风险管理的高度重视,缺乏适合我国国情与国际惯例的运营机制和立法保障,缺乏专门风险管理人才和相关风险评估机构,缺乏满足我国市场需求的各种相关体育保险产品等几大问题。

| Abstract: | Through making comparative analysis on advanced model and practical experience of risk management of some foreign well-known large-scale gymnasium and stadiums as well as the country successfully hosted Olympic Games,this paper discussed some issues concerning various risk management of our large-scale gymnasium and stadium running.The result showed that our large-scale gymnasium and stadium should take risk management in the following areas such as nature risk,management risk,personal risk,equipment and technique risk.The risk transference and marketization of personal accident injury insurance,public liability insurance,accident insurance and property insurance were the main strategy.It suggested that the risk management of our large-scale gymnasium and stadium faced the following problems such as lack of high recognition,lack of running mechanism and legislative protection suiting to our national conditions and international common practice,lack of professional personnel of risk management and relevant risk evaluation institution,lack of various sports insurance products meeting the demand of our market. |
