| Abstract: | The key to cooperation between colleges and enterprises is the joint construction of college-running model and the key point is the innovation of college-running system. The essential characteristic of integration of work and study is to improve personnel cultivation quality by integration of cultivating objective and employment post, teaching content and work task, study process and work process, and learning and work environment. |
