呼吸困难感对羽毛球选手运动能力影响的研究

摘    要:为了研究呼吸困难感对羽毛球选手运动能力的影响,羽毛球男子选手自愿参加三次运动能力测试直至力竭。在完成三次力竭运动即刻,受试者心率(HR)和主观运动感觉(RPE)并无显著性差异(P〉0.05)。与实验Ⅰ和Ⅲ比较,受试者在实验Ⅱ中经过两组每组30次呼吸肌肉负荷运动后,峰值吸气压(P0)和峰值吸气压产生率(MRPD)明显增强(P〈0.05),受试者的运动能力(BAD)明显提高(P〈0.01);而且发现运动中呼吸困难感相对时间变化率(RPB/time)明显降低(P〈0.05)。实验II相对I各生理指标变化(△)进行相关分析发现,△RPB/time与△P0,△MRPD,△BAD均呈负相关(P〈0.05)。结果提示,运动能力增强可能是呼吸困难感产生减慢引起的,而呼吸肌肉收缩能力的提高可能是呼吸困难感减弱的原因。

Abstract:This study investigated the effect of dyspnea on badminton players' performance.The badminton players were voluntarily assigned to three exercise performance tests.Each subject exercised to exhaust in three tests.No significant difference was found in HR and RPE at exhausted in three tests.Compared with experiment I and III,the peak inspiratory pressure(P0),maximal rate of P0 development(MRPD) and exercise performance(BAD) were significant improvement(P0.01),while the slope of the liner relationship of the increase in sensation of dyspnea for time(RPB/time) was reduced(P0.05)after 30times×2 sets respiratory muscle activities in experiment II.For the changes(△) in physiological parameters,△ RPB/time was negative correlated with △ P0,△ MRPD,△ BAD(P0.05).The results suggested the improvement of performance was attributed to the reduce of dyspnea for the contractile properties of the respiratory muscles.
