| Abstract: | In a general sense, this paper firstly gives a discussion on the differences between technical literacy and scientific literacy, the composition and measurement of technical literacy, and then proposes that the expansion of the connation in technical literacy is the foundation of forming technical creativity logically. Finally, the new cognition of technical literacy cultivation is discussed from the angle of forming the technical creativity. |
