| 摘 要： | 高校新设专业的决策不仅影响到高校自身的发展，而且影响社会的劳动力供给。对高等院校来说，这是一项关键性的技术决策和管理决策。这个决策过程，又受到目前及今后专业需求以及师资力量、投入资金等多方面因素的影响，是一个多因素影响的目标决策复杂过程。本文根据高校的具体情况，尝试建立一套高校新设专业的评价模型，应用层次分析法(AHP)来解决该问题。

| Abstract: | This thesis points out that the decision of new special fields is not only a critical technical decision but alsoa decision of management in the universities and colleges because it influences not only the development of its own butalso the supplies of workforce for the society. It suggests that the process of making the decision is very complicated as itdepends on many factors like the needs and future of specialty, the teaching staff and resources, and investment. Based onanalyzing of the current situation in the universities and colleges, this thesis proposes it is necessary for the managementto apply AHP in building up a set of evaluation model of new special fields to deal with this problem. |
