| 摘 要： | 优化市场结构是我国经济结构调整的重要内容之一,跨国公司作为我国开放性市场的一个重要主体,其在华投资战略和竞争行为的调整对我国多重性市场结构的变迁产生显著影响.一方面,跨国公司的进入增强了我国市场结构的寡占性和竞争强度,具有一定的经济效率;另一方面,市场结构变迁中滋生的跨国公司垄断市场行为,破坏了正常的竞争秩序,影响了我国市场结构的有效性.因此,我国应努力营造公平竞争的市场环境,加强对跨国公司行为的监管,以利于我国市场结构的健康发展.
