| Abstract: | Originality is an endless motive power of the national advance and country's prosperity. The normal university's task is to train original teachers in elementary education. In this article the author discusses the relationships between original education and competent education, the fundamental features of original teachers, and lays great stress on the six approaches to the training of the original teachers in the normal university. |
