| 摘 要： | 文章在对黔西北地区农村社区土地利用现状研究的基础上,找出引发中西部民族地区农地流转的症结所在以及现今农地流转的必然性.认为农地制度缺陷、土地报酬递减是导致民族地区农地流转的根本的、深层次的原因,而婚丧嫁娶、劳务输出则是引发农地流转的表层原因.
